Zach is Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength coach. He has an enormous passion for human performance and health. Zach's background in athletics was football, basketball, track, and martial arts. Also, he currently enjoys dabbling in local Power and Olympic lifting competitions. Zach has been published in research for the work he did in doctorate school with Regenerative Medicine and Rehabilitation. Click here to access it.
Zach grew up in a strength and conditioning gym because his father owned and operated one. He learned early on how to successful coach and mentor athletes to achieve their goals, whether with regular people wanting to get fit or collegiate and professional athletes wanting to compete at the highest level. Zach coached and trained athletes for 7 years before wanting to go back to school and learn more about physical therapy to be able to bridge the gap between the medicine world and the fitness world.
He specializes in helping people return to CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, and any strength sport. Zach has worked with a wide array of athletic backgrounds including arm wrestlers, soccer players, baseball players, and more. He also enjoys working with regular people who just want to improve their health and performance.
Zach currently blends his experience as a physical therapist, strength coach, and athlete to create a treatment approach that still allows you to train and move while going through the rehab process.

As an Athletic Trainer, Shannon's passion is to help athletes continue their passion without pain. Shannon went to the University of Alabama where she completed her B.S.. Shannon worked with multiple collegiate teams including Alabama Football for the 2013-14 season. During undergrad, Shannon broadened her scope of the medical field by studying abroad at the National Taiwan Sports University where Shannon learned traditional eastern medicine while working with the Judo, tae kwon do, and Olympic weight lifting teams.
After becoming a board certified Athletic Trainer, Shannon continued on to earn her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Delaware. During the two-year program she was a research assistant, worked with the Men’s and Women’s ice hockey teams as well as the head AT for a high school in Delaware. When she started CrossFit, she found another passion both for the sport and the athletes. Since the spring of 2016, she has been working with CrossFit and weight lifting athletes for the prevention, maintenance and recovery from injury. She moved to Colorado in February of 2018 and got married in November.
